Betty Quinn

Betty is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with couples, adults of all ages, and older adolescents. She is a master's prepared psychotherapist, an extensively trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, certified by the EMDR International Association, and has received post-graduate training in Solution-Focused Therapy. She works with clients on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to mood and anxiety disorders, phobias, panic disorders, life role transitions, adult children of dysfunctional families, PTSD (acute and complex trauma), and a variety of women's issues. She specializes in helping individuals, who were abused or neglected as children, to resolve and heal the negative impact of those experiences. Betty utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, taking into consideration the needs and strengths of individuals, while helping them to resolve core issues that interfere with optimal functioning in their daily lives.
