Darlene Piekarek
Ph.D.

Dr. Piekarek enjoys working with clients of all ages. In all of her work, her gentle enthusiasm is paired with a belief that people have a natural desire for joy and growth in their life. She has particular specialties in the treatment of anxiety disorders and child and adolescent psychotherapy. Darlene has extensive training in cognitive-behavioral and structured play therapies. Through the modality of play therapy, Dr. Piekarek engages children while teaching them valuable skills and insights. She also provides coaching and support to parents regarding how to match their parenting style to their child or teen’s unique needs. Darlene provides treatment for a range of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and relationship issues. She also serves as the child specialist within the Collaborative Law model. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Marquette University and is a licensed psychologist
