Diane Bast
MS, LCP

Diane Bast became a Counselor in 2004 after a twenty - year career as a human resources manager. She now combines her intimate knowledge of business and the workplace with her counseling skills to help people with the stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship problems they are experiencing as a result of problems on the job. While this is one of her specialties, Diane also applies her five years of clinical experience working at Rogers Memorial Hospital with adults, teens and seniors in crisis to helping people who are coping with Bipolar Disorder, Adult ADD, separation and divorce, grief and loss, relationship issues and major life transitions especially midlife. She has facilitated groups for Coping with Job Loss, Maneuvering Midlife, and Men Going Through Divorce. Diane integrates her knowledge of yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) into treatment guiding people in the use of these holistic, ever-present coping tools.
