James Jensen
Ph.D.

James is licensed psychologist with a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to earning his Ph. D. from UW-Madison, James earned Master of Science (MSE) and Bachelor of Science (BSE) degrees, both from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. James, who has taught elementary school for four years prior to his psychology career, has been working full-time as a staff psychologist for the Ethan Allen School for Boys (State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections) since 1991. James, licensed as a psychologist in Wisconsin since 1993, has since also been working part-time providing outpatient services to adults, adolescents, children, and families. James has experience and interest in a variety of clinical areas including behavior problems, conduct disorder, ADHD, anger management, anxiety disorders (including PTSD), depression, relational problems, academic under achievement, psychological assessment, and supervision of psychotherapy.
