Judy Lauwasser Bruett is a therapist with over 25 years in practice working with individuals and couples. Her skill is in being able to meet her clients where they are and really hear and understand their story and their strengths and help guide them to a more peaceful, joyful place in their lives.  She helps them know they are not alone and someone is there for them in their struggles. She brings a wide range of traditional, spiritual and non-traditional methods to her work including client-centered, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, psychodrama, shamanic, mind-body connection and hypnosis. She works successfully with relationships, self-esteem, trauma, self-esteem, transition, workplace issues, depression and anxiety.  She also is skilled in working with marital conflict, communication, coaching and post affair issues.
