Julie is a master’s degree prepared
psychotherapist who has been in a private practice
outpatient setting since 1996. She specializes in
treating anxiety, depression, stress management,
co-dependency, PTSD, low self-esteem, parenting,
divorce, relationship and separation issues, and
unhealthy communication patterns. Julie has an extensive
clinical background in facilitating individual and group
therapy with adolescents, adults, families and couples
in a broad range of public and private mental health and
AODA settings. These settings include outpatient,
inpatient, day treatment, in-home services, and Employee
Assistance Program.
