Katherine Gerhard
MSW, LCSW, SAC

Katherine is a licensed psychotherapist and substance abuse counselor. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from UW-Milwaukee in 1997 and completed her Trauma Counseling Certificate in 1999. She has an empathetic style that supports patients in working through many of life’s problems including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, women’s issues, codependency, and trauma/abuse. She also has expertise in helping people recover from addictions of all kinds (alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, etc). She believes psychotherapy is a powerful tool that can help people create growth and change in their lives. She values diversity and her practice is LGBT friendly.
