Mara Bach,
MSW

Mara received her master’s degree in social work in 1998 from the University of Madison-Wisconsin. She has over ten years experience working with individuals and families in the dual diagnosis arena of mental health and substance abuse treatment. Mara has experience providing in-home family therapy and thus provides therapy in the areas of family counseling, marital discord, relationship/ couples issues, depression, and anxiety. She is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural and has worked extensively with the Hispanic population of Milwaukee providing therapy in the above mentioned areas in both English and Spanish depending on the language preference of this population. Mara has also been involved in the creation and implementation of culturally specific day treatment and residential treatment programs for the Hispanic population in the dual diagnosis field of mental health and substance abuse treatment. She is currently a student at Marquette University where she is working on completing a PhD. in Clinical Psychology.
