Mary K. Schwantes

Ms. Schwantes is a master’s prepared family/ marital psychotherapist who received her postgraduate training from the Family Institute of Chicago-Northwestern. Ms. Schwantes has experience in providing therapy for individuals, couples and families since 1980. Her specialties include: compulsive overeating, depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, stress management and relationship building (i.e. building effective communication skills, intimacy and self-esteem) Ms. Schwantes received her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from UW- Milwaukee. She is also a trained EMDR therapist.
