Ray holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children with emotional and behavioral struggles. For the past 15 years his practice has focused on counseling families who have adopted children both internationally and domestically. Besides his counseling practice, he lectures frequently on the topic of Bonding and Attachment and conducts workshops for parents who have concerns in these areas.
