Regina Goodman
MSW, LCSW

As a licensed psychotherapist, Regina is committed to helping children, adolescents, adults and families to find healing within a safe environment. She is trained in the use of EMDR and incorporates mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Her specialty is in working with children ages three and up in overcoming trauma or loss, adoption, depression, ADHD, oppositional behaviors and adjustment to divorce. Regina works in a collaborative manner with parents and believes the most effective healing comes in the context of a healthy relationship. Regina also enjoys working with adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorder and PTSD. Ms. Goodman received her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a focus on family therapy and trauma counseling.
